What we see on Samsung appliances
On Samsung washing machines the faults we see most are drainage-related codes (for example a 5C / 5E indicating the machine cannot drain), door-lock codes (dC / dE), and unbalance codes (UB / UE) that are sometimes a genuine suspension or bearing problem rather than the load. The diagnostic starts with the pump, filter and drain path, then the door interlock and suspension.
Samsung fridge-freezers commonly present as the fridge section warming while the freezer stays cold. That is usually the evaporator fan, the defrost system, or a build-up of frost blocking the vent between compartments. Ice-maker and dispenser problems (no ice, jammed auger, frozen water line) are the other frequent Samsung fridge call.
Samsung uses a digital inverter compressor on many models, which is generally reliable; when a Samsung fridge stops cooling entirely we check the inverter board and the compressor start circuit before assuming a sealed-system fault.
