1. You get in touch

Call or WhatsApp us with the appliance type, the brand, and what it is doing (or not doing). If there is an error code on the display, tell us. It helps narrow the diagnosis. We agree a visit time with you.

  2. On-site diagnosis

A technician comes to your home and examines the appliance, running a test cycle where relevant, checking the parts most likely to be involved, and reading any fault codes. The aim is a definite answer, not a guess.

  3. Explanation and written quote

We tell you what has failed and why, and give you a written quote covering labour and any parts. If a part is needed we explain whether a genuine manufacturer part is available or an approved compatible part is appropriate, with the price and warranty for each.

  4. You decide

Nothing goes ahead until you approve the quote. If you would rather not proceed, that is fine. If we believe the appliance is not worth repairing, we will have told you at stage 3.

  5. The repair

With your approval the technician carries out the repair. Most jobs are finished in your home on the same visit. Where a part has to be ordered, we book a return visit to fit it once it arrives, and where the fault needs bench tools we agree a collection and repair the appliance at our Musaffah workshop.

  6. Test and handover

We test the appliance to confirm the fault is resolved, tidy up, and explain the repair warranty that applies and what it covers.

Questions about the process

How quickly can a technician visit?

We aim to schedule visits quickly, often the same day or the next day, depending on your area and the time you contact us.

Will I know the price before work starts?

Yes. You receive a written quote after the on-site diagnosis and before any repair work begins. You choose whether to proceed.

What if a part needs to be ordered?

We confirm the part and price with you, order it, and arrange a return visit to fit it. The quote you approved does not change unless a further, separate fault is found, in which case we come back to you first.

Do you ever take the appliance away?

Most repairs are finished in your home on the same visit. A few faults need bench tools, a full strip-down or longer testing than a home visit allows, and for those we collect the appliance and repair it at our Musaffah workshop. We always agree this with you first, and the collection and return are covered by the quote you approve.

What warranty applies to the repair?

Up to six months' repair warranty, subject to the repair carried out and the part supplied. The exact cover and any exclusions are explained in writing before work begins.

What parts do you use?

We use genuine manufacturer parts when available and approved high-quality compatible parts when appropriate. The available options and the warranty that applies are explained before installation.

Do you work on appliances still under manufacturer warranty?

If the appliance is within its manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer or retailer first, because an independent repair can affect that cover. We can help once it is out of warranty or the fault is excluded.
