Blocked defrost drain, cracked drip tray, or a door not sealing so warm humid air condenses inside.

Failed defrost heater or timer, or a door seal letting humid air in.

Condenser fan bearing wear, dust-clogged condenser coils, or the compressor struggling against a partial blockage.
Water or ice dispenser not working
Frozen supply line, failed inlet valve, or a dispenser switch or auger-motor fault.
Good to know before the visit
- If the fridge has stopped cooling entirely, call sooner rather than later and keep the doors shut. It helps us and it protects your food.
- Please pull the unit out from the wall if you safely can, or clear the space so the technician can access the back.
- Dust-clogged condenser coils are one of the most common and cheapest things we fix, worth checking before assuming the worst.
