A quote before any work
The fault is diagnosed on site and you get a clear written quote first. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is done without your approval.
Independent advice
We are not tied to a manufacturer, so we are not incentivised to push a particular outcome. If a repair is not worth it, we tell you.

Scheduled quickly
We aim to schedule visits quickly, often the same day or the next day, depending on your area and the time you contact us.
Up-front about parts
We use genuine manufacturer parts when available and approved high-quality compatible parts when appropriate. The available options and the warranty that applies are explained before installation.
Repair warranty
Up to six months' repair warranty, subject to the repair carried out and the part supplied. The exact cover and any exclusions are explained in writing before work begins.
What we do not do
- We do not claim to be an authorised or official service centre for brands we are not authorised by.
- We do not invent star ratings, review counts, or customer numbers.
- We do not start work before you have seen and agreed the quote.
- We do not describe a part as “genuine” unless it is.
