Up to six months' repair warranty, subject to the repair carried out and the part supplied. The exact cover and any exclusions are explained in writing before work begins.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers the specific repair we carried out and the part we supplied: if the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we return and put it right at no further charge for that repair.

The exact period and cover for your repair, and whether it applies to the part, the labour, or both, is stated on the paperwork you receive at the time of the work, before the work begins. It is up to six months.

What it does not cover

  • A different, unrelated fault that develops elsewhere in the appliance afterwards.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, power surges, or water ingress after the repair.
  • Faults caused by limescale, blockages or lack of maintenance where we advised on this at the time.
  • Any appliance that has been worked on by someone else after our repair.
  • Normal wear of other components not part of the repair.

The written terms provided with your repair set out the exclusions that apply to your specific job.

Parts

We use genuine manufacturer parts when available and approved high-quality compatible parts when appropriate. The available options and the warranty that applies are explained before installation.

Repairs carried out in our workshop

Most repairs are finished in your home on the same visit. A few faults need bench tools, a full strip-down or longer testing than a home visit allows, and for those we collect the appliance and repair it at our Musaffah workshop. We always agree this with you first, and the collection and return are covered by the quote you approve.

The warranty is the same whether the repair was finished in your home or on our bench in Musaffah. Your paperwork records which it was, along with the parts fitted and the cover that applies.

Manufacturer warranty

This repair warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranty on the appliance. If your appliance is still within its manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer or retailer first, because an independent repair can affect that cover. See our guide on manufacturer versus repair warranty.
