Leadingfix is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, and carries out mobile appliance repairs across the city. A technician comes to your home to diagnose and, in most cases, complete the repair.

We work across Abu Dhabi city as a mobile service. Every area below has its own page with the building types, access notes and local detail specific to it. If your area is not listed, contact us anyway. We very likely still cover it.
Central Abu Dhabi island
Al Khalidiyah Al Khalidiyah is central Abu Dhabi island living: a dense mix of older mid-rise blocks and newer apartment towers near the Corniche. Almost everything here is apartment repair. Al Bateen Al Bateen is an established, upmarket waterfront area, mostly villas with some low-rise apartment buildings. Homes here often have full-size and higher-end appliances. Al Danah (Downtown Abu Dhabi) Al Danah is the downtown core around Hamdan Street and Electra Street: dense apartment blocks, a lot of them twenty or thirty years old, with small kitchens and hard-working appliances. Al Zahiyah (Tourist Club Area) Al Zahiyah, still widely called the Tourist Club Area, is a dense grid of residential towers between the Corniche and Al Mina. Almost every job here is an apartment job. Al Nahyan Al Nahyan is a mixed central district: older villas on the inner streets, mid-rise apartment blocks along the main roads, and a good deal of shared and staff accommodation. Al Karamah Al Karamah is an established central district of family villas on the quieter streets and apartment blocks along the main roads, between Al Nahyan and Al Mushrif. Al Mushrif Al Mushrif is one of the established villa districts of central Abu Dhabi: large family homes on generous plots, with the full-size appliances that go with them.
The islands
Al Reem Island Al Reem Island is almost entirely high-rise apartment living: Marina Square, Shams Abu Dhabi, Najmat and the newer Reem Central Park towers. We repair appliances in these buildings regularly. Al Maryah Island Al Maryah Island is the financial district, and its residential side is a small number of high-specification towers. The appliances match: mostly integrated, mostly European. Yas Island Yas Island is a mix: the Yas Acres villa community on one side, and apartment developments (Ansam, Mayan, Water’s Edge, West Yas) on the other. The repair job is quite different between the two, and we cover both. Saadiyat Island Saadiyat Island is largely premium residential: Saadiyat Beach villas, Hidden Village, and apartment developments like Mamsha Al Saadiyat and the Saadiyat Beach Residences. Homes here often have higher-end and built-in appliances. Hudayriyat Island Hudayriyat Island is one of the newest residential parts of Abu Dhabi, so the homes and the appliances in them are recent. That changes what actually goes wrong.
Mainland cities & communities
Khalifa City (Khalifa City A) Khalifa City is an established villa area of standalone villas, walled compounds and a lot of family rental homes. Access is usually at ground level, which makes visits straightforward. Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ City) Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ) is one of the largest residential districts in Abu Dhabi, a grid of villas and low-rise apartment blocks across numbered zones. It sits right next to our Musaffah base. Shakhbout City (Khalifa City B) Shakhbout City, still commonly called Khalifa City B, is a large grid of family villas, shared villas and rental homes on the mainland side. Masdar City Masdar City is a compact, purpose-built development of low-rise apartment buildings near the airport, with a strong emphasis on energy and water efficiency. Al Reef Al Reef is a gated community near the airport with two distinct halves: the villa villages and the Al Reef Downtown apartment blocks. The repair job differs between them. Musaffah Leadingfix is based in Musaffah. Our workshop is at MZ-33, Al Jazzeem Street. So for the Musaffah residential sectors and the surrounding shabiya (popular housing) areas, we are the local option.

Washing machine repair Front-loaders, top-loaders and washer-dryers. We find the fault, explain it, and quote before doing any work. Refrigerator repair Single-door, double-door, side-by-side and bottom-freezer units. Cooling faults are time-sensitive, so we prioritise them. Dishwasher repair Freestanding and fully integrated units. Many dishwasher faults are drainage or spray-arm related and are fixable in one visit. Dryer repair Condenser, heat-pump and vented dryers. "Takes forever to dry" is the most common complaint and usually has a simple cause. Oven repair Built-in and freestanding electric ovens, including fan-assisted and multi-function models. We test the heat, not just the symptom.
