Water is not draining and the drum is full. What now?
Do not force the door. There is usually a drain hose behind the pump filter hatch that empties the drum safely, and the technician will clear the filter and test the pump on site. In Al Reem apartments a blocked filter is the single most common cause.
Do you need the service lift booked?
Only if the machine has to leave the apartment, which is unusual. For a normal on-site repair we just need building access. If a collection is needed we will tell you in advance so you can arrange the lift.
